Anyone here love hockey? Check out these hockey forums
Monday, January 29, 2007
I know that 99% of the people from Montreal love the Canadiens, even if they've never played or watched hockey, unlike me, where I've followed the Canadiens for years and can talk about them to anyone at anytime. That's why I love reading all the posts at this NHL Forum from HFboards.com. They got tons of people since the board has been around for 5 years. They got individual forums for each team, seperated by conference of course, and other forums for international hockey, the NHL, minor leagues, hockey history, pretty much everything. It's prolly the best hockey forum around, and I'm not lying. If you're a hockey fan like me you'll love this forum.
Now hopefully my Canadians can bounce back from the 4-1 loss to Toronto on Saturday.
Enjoy!

Great aquarium store from true aquarium enthusiasts
Sunday, December 10, 2006
I love online stores that have build their business around the community that the product that they're trying to reach. Many times those are how the most succesful business are started, things like Papa Johns, or any of the PC Modding sites I've shopped from, or Futuremark which has great community forums and always tries to serve the needs of the gaming community.
Well Aquarium Guys is company like that. They were founded in 2000 to provide fellow aquarists, which I didn't know had a seperate term, the best high quality aquarium supplies at the lowest prices. They carry a large selection of products for both fresh water and salt water fish tanks, everything from tanks to Aquarium Heaters. I've had some pretty crappy stuff for my first fish tank and it's nice to see the stuff improve over the years. These guys even have built a new online community for Aquarium enthusiasts, or Aquarists, lol, called Fishtankforums.com which is also a nice gesture and a great way to build community and sales.
If you need anything for your aquarium or fish tank check them out, like a new tank for the holidays to give the fish some heat and room, the URL is http://www.aquariumguys.com/.
Thanks,

The Payperpost Forums - The best place for anything PPP-related
Friday, November 03, 2006
I registered on the Payperpost forums the 2nd day they were made, and I've been a regular on them since. Why would this be important? Well I find that the boards or forums of a company or site is really what makes or breaks the site. If users are able to talk with their peers, get quick feedback to the owners/content posters, then the site would be a much better run place.
I participate in several online forums, and it's one of the greatest things about being on the Internet, that people from all over can discuss their views and opinions on whatever they want. The PayPerPost boards are no different. We got a great general forum where we all hang out, forums about our Favorite Opps, Favorite Blog Posts from other blogs, Q&A forum, etc and there's even a couple of Advertiser forums so that they can interact with the team and us as well. It's great when they ask for feedback so that we can give it to them directly.
Also there's some funny things on the boards and you get that great sense of community that Payperpost has. It's pretty awesome and you get the latest gossip or scoops on Payperpost before the frontpage does. If you haven't checked it out yet or are new to Payperpost don't be afraid to visit the forums and ask some questions, one of us will answer.
Check the boards out at http://boards.payperpost.com
Thanks,
-Steve
